To provide the technologies needed to boost the key productivity drivers of livestock and fish production, the program delivers both shorter-term adaptive research for development and longer‐term upstream research.
The animal health theme aims to generate data and materials to improve the pro-poor management of animal health and food safety in the selected value chains.
This theme collaborates closely with the agriculture-associated diseases component of the CGIAR Research Program on Agriculture for Nutrition and Health.
